1. Donations Are Final – All donations made to FRCT, whether online, offline, or through any other mode, are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Incorrect Transactions – In case of a duplicate transaction or an error in the amount entered, please contact us immediately at frctup@gmail.com.  While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the issue and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
3. Event and Sponsorship Contributions – Any contributions made towards events, sponsorships, or fundraising campaigns are also non-refundable.
4. Dispute Resolution – If you have any concerns regarding your donation, please reach out to us at frctup@gmail.com and we will do our best to address your queries.
